Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new clients in retail, wholesale, and e-commerce sectors for Hunza’s premium dry fruits.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and individual customers.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively promote our range of high-quality dry fruits such as almonds, apricots, walnuts, and more, ensuring customers understand their unique qualities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the customer base.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Reporting: Track performance, report on sales activities, and share insights to improve results.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food, agriculture, or natural products industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Knowledge of or interest in natural and health-conscious products, specifically dry fruits.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B or wholesale sales.
  • Passion for promoting health and wellness products.
  • Familiarity with the Hunza region and its unique dry fruits.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
