Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or tech-related industries.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions effectively.
    • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Multilingual candidates are a plus.
